Congressman DeFazio Visits Foss

Congressman Peter DeFazio (D-OR), chairman of the House Transportation Committee, visited Foss Columbia/Snake River headquarters in Portland, OR in early November – touring the Fleet Monitoring Center, meeting with dispatchers and crews, and rode with Captain Dan Riser aboard the hybrid tug Carolyn Dorothy.
