Christening and Launching of Second Foss Double-Hulled

Oil Barge, FDH 35-2, March 25, 2004, Portland, Oregon

The second Foss Double-Hulled oil barge, FDH 35-2, built at Zidell Marine Corporation, Portland, OR, was christened March 25, 2004.  The barge will provide service in San Francisco Bay and join twin FDH 35-1 previously launched in October, 2003.

Guests included Foss personnel from San Francisco, Seattle and Portland; Zidell Marine Corporation employees and guests.  The sponsor of the christening was Mrs. Julie Henson, wife of Mike Henson, Regional Manager for ChevronTexaco Fuel and Marine Marketing – FAMM, San Francisco.
