Efficient and Safe Solutions

Foss has the largest fleet of double-hull petroleum barges on the West Coast, with the capacity to handle up to 35,000 barrels, and we work with customers to plan bulk and bunker moves that are both efficient and reduce risk. Four double-hull barges are in service on San Francisco Bay and three in the Los Angeles/Long Beach Harbor.

Foss supports upstream oilfield development projects with full project management and marine logistics solutions. Specializing in extreme environments and in delivering cargo to remote sites, we provide marine transportation of platform topsides, platform cargo, construction cargo and modules.
