Tractor tugs -

Foss operates six 3,000-horsepower and two 4,000 horsepower tractor tugs with Voith Scheider cycloidal propulsion systems. The tractor tugs can produce full thrust in any direction. Exceptionally maneuverable, the tractor tugs can safely move vessels through confined channels, and are stationed at major ports on the west coast.
