Foss Marine Holdings, Inc.
Foss Maritime Company – provides comprehensive marine transportation and logistical services from local harbor services throughout North America to ocean towing and project support in extreme environments throughout the world. Foss Maritime’s two Pacific Northwest shipyards in Seattle, Washington and Rainier, Oregon offer a wide range of services from naval architecture and marine engineering to vessel design, construction, and repair.
AMNAV Maritime Services – is a tug and marine transportation company offering ship assist and offshore towing on the U.S. West coast.
Cook Inlet Tug & Barge – provides ship assists services at the Port of Anchorage. They also offer construction support, offshore rig and other types of support.
Hawaiian Tug & Barge – is a tug and marine transportation company offering ship assists, regional towing, barge charters and related marine services.
Young Brothers – is Hawaii’s leading freight handling and transportation company transporting general freight, mixed pallets, roll-on, roll-off equipment and containerized cargo.
TOTE Inc.
Totem Ocean Trailer Express (TOTE) is the premier provider of ocean transportation services between the ports of Anchorage, Alaska and Tacoma, Washington. TOTE operates a fleet of (RO/RO) cargo ships in addition to providing overland highway and intermodal connections throughout greater Alaska, Canada and the Lower 48.
Sea Star Line provides common carrier service from the U.S. mainland to and from Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Tortola. SSL operates two combination roll-on, roll-off / lift-on, lift-off vessels and provides regularly scheduled weekly service from Jacksonville and Port Everglades, Florida, to and from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and provides connecting service to St. Thomas, St. Croix and Tortola.
TOTE Services provides full technical management and partial management/crewing services to affiliated ship owners, U.S. Government, domestic and international third-party ship owners.
TOTE Logistics offers a variety of logistics services, including trucking, project and materials management, freight consolidation and multi-modal transportation through its two operating companies Alta Logistics and Spectrum Logistics.
NorthStar Utilities Group
Delta Western is the leading distributor of petroleum products and lubricants in Alaska. They also operate retail gas stations; deliver home heating fuel; and provide direct deliveries to remote Alaskan bush and coastal communities.
Inlet Petroleum markets and distributes petroleum lubricant products throughout Alaska and gasoline and diesel throughout the Alaskan Railbelt. Inlet supports customers involved in oil exploration, trucking, food service, retail service stations and marine transportation industries.
E Mau markets and distributes petroleum products and operates convenience stores through three subsidiaries in Hawaii.
Saltchuk Air Cargo, Inc.
Northern Air Cargo (NAC) and its subsidiary companies together can ship nearly any cargo by air in Alaska and throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and other places around the globe.
Aloha Air Cargo operates a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft and carries diverse products throughout Hawaii.
Aloha Tech Ops a division of Aloha Air Cargo, is the leading provider of aircraft maintenance and repair for commercial aircraft throughout Hawaii.

Interstate Distributor Co. provides local, regional and transcontinental coverage, specialized and refrigerated equipment, dedicated fleets, and intermodal and logistics management services.
